Your discovery call

Everything you need to know before we talk

You booked a call because you want more commercial contracts. Here's exactly what to expect, how the process works, and honest answers to the questions we get every single time.

30–45 minute call
Commercial leads only
No pressure, no pitch deck
We'll show you the live console

Watch this before the call — 3 minutes

Noah walks you through the live console, shows you what an interested lead looks like when it comes in, and covers the one thing every new partner wants to know up front.

What we'll cover together

This isn't a sales pitch. It's a diagnostic. Most of the time is spent understanding your business — and then we show you exactly what we'd do for you.

01

Your current situation

Where leads are coming from now, what's working, what's not, and what commercial growth actually looks like for your territory.

02

Live walkthrough of our console

You'll see real active campaigns, real response rates, and real leads being delivered to current partners — not a demo environment, the actual live system.

03

Whether we're a fit

We only take on partners we're confident we can produce results for. If the timing isn't right or the territory doesn't make sense, we'll tell you straight.

04

Pricing and next steps

If it makes sense on both sides, we'll talk territory, engagement, and how quickly we can get your first campaigns live.

From zero to first lead

Here's the full process so you're not hearing any of this for the first time on the call.

1
Day 1

Onboarding call — 45 to 60 minutes

We sit down with you and your sales team and gather everything we need — zip codes, service territory, ideal customer types, and how you want to be represented. This is the only real lift on your end.

2
Days 1–14

Email infrastructure built from scratch

Our team purchases domains and sets up email accounts — all branded to your business. They go through a 14-day warmup so emails land in real inboxes, not spam. During this time we're also scraping your full territory and building your campaigns.

3
Day 14 onwards

Campaigns go live — 400 to 500 emails per day

We contact every commercial decision maker in your zip codes. Property managers, facility directors, maintenance managers — 83 job titles across 2,000+ business types. Plain text, conversational, no logos or links. Copy that actually gets read.

4
Ongoing

Interested leads land directly in your inbox and Slack

When someone responds positively, our team flags it immediately. You get the full email thread forwarded to your inbox for context, plus a Slack notification with their name, phone number, company, and website. You call within 10–15 minutes and book the site visit.

5
Weekly

One-on-one check-in with Noah

A 15-minute weekly call to go through the pipeline, share what's working across the 70+ companies we serve, and make sure leads are being followed up on. You also have direct access to the team in your private Slack channel any time.

What partners are seeing

We work exclusively with exterior service companies. No SaaS, no generalist clients. Everything we've built is for this industry.

15–20 Interested leads per month, on average
70+ Active exterior service companies in the program
400+ Personalized emails sent per day, per territory

Partners have landed contracts with university campuses, regional property management groups, apartment communities, parking garage portfolios, and national REITs — all from leads generated through this system.

Questions we get on every call

Answered here so we can spend the call on what actually matters for your business.

Who sends the emails — does it look like it comes from my company?
Yes. Emails go out under a sender tied to your business — typically an office admin or customer care role. The domain we send from forwards directly back to your main website. If a prospect ever asks who reached out, the honest answer is "one of our team members" — which is exactly right. We've never had a partner have an issue with this.
What if you email my existing customers by accident?
Easy fix. During onboarding, share a list of emails or domains you want us to skip and we block them completely. That said, some partners leave existing customers in the list — we've had cases where a well-timed email re-engaged a client who had gone quiet and turned into a new contract.
Is my territory exclusive?
Completely. Once you give us your zip codes, they're locked to you. We don't work with two competing companies in the same service area — ever. If a zip code is already taken when we talk, we'll tell you upfront.
Can you target specific building types or exclude ones I don't want?
Yes on both. During onboarding we build your target profile — property managers, warehouses, medical facilities, schools, parking garages, whatever fits your business model. We can also exclude types that aren't worth your time, like small restaurants or low-margin retail.
How many leads should I realistically expect per month?
We're averaging 15 to 20 interested leads per month across most territories. Some weeks more, some weeks fewer — it's a volume game and commercial sales cycles aren't instant. The leads we deliver are people who've responded and expressed genuine interest, not raw scraped contacts.
Does the billing start from signing or after the warmup period ends?
From signing. During those 14 days our team is actively building your infrastructure, scraping your territory, writing your campaigns, and setting up your Slack channel. That's real work happening for you from day one — it's not downtime.
What's the minimum commitment?
We start with a 3-month engagement. Commercial sales cycles take time — we want to give you enough runway to actually close deals, not just collect leads. After three months you can continue month-to-month or lock in a longer term for better pricing.
Can I see what's actually being sent on my behalf?
Yes — you get login access to our live console where you can see every campaign, every email sent, every reply, and every interested lead flagged in real time. You can also review copy before campaigns go live and request changes at any point.
I'm a franchisee and need to get corporate approval first. Is that a problem?
Not at all — most of our partners are franchisees. We're familiar with the process and happy to provide documentation, case studies, or a direct conversation with someone on our team if your franchisor needs it. Rolling Suds, Sparkle Wash, JDI, and FISH have all gone through this process with us.
Is there a setup fee?
No. It's a flat monthly fee — no setup costs, no per-lead charges, no percentage of deals you close. We'll discuss the exact number on the call once we understand your territory size.

Come ready with these four things

The more specific you can be, the more useful the call will be — and the faster we can get you live if we decide to move forward.

Your zip codes

The specific zip codes you serve or want to target. A screenshot or list is fine. More specific is better.

Ideal customer types

Property managers? Warehouses? Schools? Think about the 2 or 3 that would be a real win for your business.

Your average deal size

Rough monthly or annual contract value helps frame realistic ROI for your market. A ballpark is fine.

Who handles sales

Is it just you, or do you have a salesperson or VA following up on leads? This changes how we set things up.
